Policies

• Items will be sent out in 2 working days. (We provides 3 postage service weekly)
• For oversea buyer, item will be shipped out with Malaysia Post service, shipping details will be update to customer by email.
• Goods SOLD are not refundable/ exchangeable.
• For Pre-order items, 50% deposit payment is required to be made; full payment is required once stock arrived. Stock order will be place once payment received.
• Once pre-Order item is ready, we will inform our customers through email, and once payment has been made postage will be sending out immediately.
• Pre-order customer that failed to made full payment or do not response to email notice, the deposit will not be refundable.
• For Pre-order cancellation, deposit will NOT be refundable.
• All goods are selling in Malaysia currency.
• All goods are under fixed price.All prices listed are not postage included.
• All items will be packed and wrapped carefully before send out.
• May may shop will not be responsible for any damage caused in the transmitting process.
